Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Letter Subscriptions (Romania & Worldwide)
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no further charges will be made after that date.
We do not offer refunds for the current active month, as letters are prepared and dispatched at the beginning of each cycle.
If your letter arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days (Romania) or 60 days (Worldwide) of the dispatch date, please contact us at [your email] and we will resend or issue a refund for that month.
Shipping delays caused by postal services are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund on their own.
2. Original Art
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind and sold as final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on original art pieces unless the item arrives damaged.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
3. Art Prints
Art prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds for returned prints will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item back.
